Information you choose to share
When you submit a project enquiry, Pilore Africa Industries (Pty) Ltd receives the name, phone number, email address, area of interest and project details you provide. The form uses a security token and an anti-spam field to help protect submissions.
How we use enquiry information
We use the information you provide to review and respond to your enquiry, understand the service you need and send a receipt confirmation to the email address entered. We do not sell enquiry information. Access is limited to people who need it to respond or support the enquiry.
Email and WhatsApp
If you choose email, the enquiry is sent to industries@pilore.co.za using the website host’s PHP mail service, and a confirmation is sent to you. If you choose WhatsApp, the website prepares a message for you to review and send using WhatsApp; WhatsApp’s own privacy terms then apply.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the enquiry, related business communication and applicable record-keeping. To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through this form, contact industries@pilore.co.za.
